Returns are only accepted after e-mail or written authorization has been obtained! Products must be returned within 14 days, not assembled and in their condition and in the original factory packaging. Most factories charge a restocking fee of 10%to 25% . Replacement parts are shipped quickly and on a no charge basis.

The driver must wait while you inspect your purchase, if not please Note this on your delivery receipt. Before you sign your delivery receipt please note if there is any damages to the boxes or packing material, note this on your receipt.
